As the new year is begins, we all start thinking about our resolutions. For some of us, they’re always different (get a driver’s license, buy a motorcycle etc) but for most of us, they’re always the same: find a better job, earn more money, eat healthier, lose weight.

Well, for me it’s the same every year, as in winter I always tend to find myself with those extra pounds around the waist. This year though, I’m taking my resolution to the next level and I’m looking for different ways on how to lose the weight and keep it off! And that’s where a different type of help steps in: NOOM.

It has felt like a rollercoaster! A very discouraging one!

Now it’s time to change all this. I’ve been looking for a way to keep the good habits even after I’ve lost the weight and I hadn’t realised what it was until I started the program.

Accountability and support

The best thing about Noom, aside from educational aspect, is the accountability and support that I will get through it: I will have coaches who will hold me accountable and groups that will support me 24/7 to give me a helping hand when I need it the most. I will work towards my goal and have all the tools I need to help me get there. I have never felt more excited to start my weight loss journey!
